The Best High Fence Hunting Experience

Book Your High-Fence Hunt at Kansas Trophy Outfitters

When you book a hunting trip to our hunting preserve, we take care of all the planning and oversee every detail for you. All you have to do is tell us what animal you want to hunt and when you want to book your hunt, and we’ll make it happen.

Guided High Fence Hunts - What to Expect

Book a Guided High-Fence Hunt

The first step to booking one of our guided hunts is to choose the game you want to hunt. Our animals are massive, mature, and worthy of a trophy. Get ready to bag a buck, wage war on a watusi, or aim at an aoudad on our 400-acre high-fenced hunting preserve, any day of the year.

Trip durations are two days and one night, up to four days and three nights. Contact us to reserve your trip dates.

Arrive at Our Hunting Lodge

Accommodations are available when you book your hunting excursion. You and up to 19 other people in your crew will stay at the Country Lakes Bed & Breakfast, a homey farmhouse-turned-lodge with comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and a rec room that could put your basement mancave to shame.

Plan to arrive at the lodge for check-in after 3 p.m. the day before your first hunting outing and get settled in. We’ll meet with you and your fellow hunters to prepare you to hunt with us. Enjoy fishing, sit around the firepit, and head to bed so you’re well-rested for your first outing onto the hunting reserve.

Early-Morning and Late Afternoon Hunting Trips

Every morning, rise early before the sun, enjoy a steaming cup of hot coffee and a continental breakfast before our hunting guides take you to one of our 360-degree tower blinds with archery and shooting windows to lay in wait for your game. Take the perfect shot from strategic vantage points like brushy draws, creeks, and open fields.

Venture back out in the afternoon to watch for the monster trophy of your dreams. Kansas Trophy Outfitters guarantees an opportunity to kill the game of choice for everyone who hunts on our preserve.

When you get a clean shot, our guides will retrieve your animal and help take plenty of photos, before preparing him for the taxidermist. Use ours, or hire your own.

Meals at the Hunting Lodge

Between hunting outings, return to the hunting lodge for a wholesome country lunch or dinner, cooked fresh for you. Our hearty meals, featuring meat, potatoes, and veggies, will fill you up and satisfy the appetite you built up while out in the field.

The rec room fridge is stocked with snacks and drinks for you to enjoy between meals or after supper. Let us know if you have any special requests or dietary restrictions.

In-Between Hunts

After hunting and meals, kick back and relax with your family and pals, in the rec room, where you can play pool or poker, watch television, and hang out on the couch.

After your hunting trip concludes, we recommend enjoying the other outdoors recreation that Kansas offers, with a day trip to Melvern Lake. Popular activities include angling for walleye, crappie, catfish, and bass, plus boating, swimming, and hiking.
